Belgian Youtuber Average Rob got together with his DJ buddy Omdathetkan to create a genuine Belgian Anthem to cheer our athletes to 1st place. It's a banger!
This summer will be filled with sporting events: the Olympic games in Paris, the European Championship football in Germany, and then the yearly cycling events like the Tour de France, the Giro d'Italia.
Belgian Youtuber Average Rob got together with his DJ buddy Omdathetkan to create a genuine Belgian Anthem to cheer our athletes to 1st place. The result is 'On Met la patate', which translates literally from French as 'we put the potato'. It's an expression originating in cycling meaning 'we go all the way'.
You can see the video on how they created it in less than a day. You might need your google translate at hand, because they use quite a bit of 'Flenglish' (English with Flemish words).
It's definitely 'shtamp'-able at 155bpm, and I can't seem to get it out of my head since hearing it for the first time. Mission accomplished I would say.
Go Belgium!
